Learning actions of learners don’t get enough attention. In this study, we propose a novel approach that is based on dynamic design of learning activities navigation for personalized learning. By the approach, learning contents, learner’s learning actions, and learning collaboration are considered synthetically. 3 Learning Activity and Activity Course Model In the section, after briefly describing the definition of learning activity and architecture of activity course, we introduce how the learning activity is used in our approach.
